Kim Kardashian’s moon landing theory gets quick reality check from NASA

Kim Kardashian created a buzz after making the outrageous claim that the 1969 moon landing was fake.

Now, comments from the NASA- fully abbreviated as National Aeronautics and Space Administration have attempted to clear the reality star’s doubts.

On Thursday, October, 30, NASA Administrator Sean Duffy assured the 45-year-old billionaire that astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin did make history as the first and second people, respectively, to walk on the moon on July 20, 1969.

‘Yes, @KimKardashian, we have been to the Moon before…6 times! Duffy, 54 wrote on X.

However, his post accompanied a clip of Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, where the the media personality tried to convince her All’s Fair co-star, Sarah Paulson, 50, to agree with her that Buzz Aldrin, 95, and the late Neil Armstrong’s Apollo 11 mission did not happen.

Kim said: ‘I am sending you, so far, a million articles with both Buzz Aldrin and —the other one.’

She continued: ‘This girl says. ‘What was the scariest moment? And Aldrin goes, ‘There was no scary moment, cause it didn’t happen. It could have been scary, but it wasn’t, cause it didn’t happen.’

Interestingly, Paulson neither agreed nor disagreed with Kardashian, instead saying she would, at some point, go on a ‘serious deep dive’ about the topic.

For the unversed, new episodes of The Kardashians are available on Thursdays on Holu.
